Salmon Cream Udon

Pan roasted crispy Atlantic salmon on top of a dashi-cream sauce (similar to a fish based cream chowder soup) over our house-made noodles. Served with ikura (salmon caviar) and black pepper. Add green onions and sliced nori seaweed upon request.

Spicy Miso-Kimchee Udon

Our newest seasonal special! Fresh house-made udon noodles served in our original spicy miso broth, topped with a kimchee, calamari & vegetable sauté, and slices of tender roast pork. Bold flavors and hearty dish to warm you up in the cold weather! Try it with an soft boiled egg add-on. *Can be made fully pescatarian upon request - let us know to replace pork slices with Kitsune tofu.
