Salmon Cream Udon

Pan roasted crispy Atlantic salmon on top of a seafood cream sauce (similar to a fish based cream chowder soup) over our house-made noodles. Add green onions and sliced dry seaweed upon request.

Our newest seasonal special! Fresh house-made udon noodles served in our original spicy miso broth, topped with a kimchee, calamari & vegetable sauté, and slices of tender roast pork. Bold flavors and hearty dish to warm you up in the cold weather!
